"So having fun?" Nick asked with a mouthful of fries. "I'm a girl and I'm shopping," I said in a high pitch preppy voice. "Funny," he laughed. "But you make it better. I guess," I said. "Good," he smiled. We continued our shopping for another hour. Neither of us bought anything else, but we had a great time together. "So are you ready to head back to the hotel?" he asked walking out of Nike. "Yeah," I stated. Nick strutted ahead of me and had my door opened when I arrived at the door. Nick entered into the hotel garage parking lot twenty minutes later. "Want to go to the beach?" Nick requested when he parked the car. "Can Demi and Chelsea come?" I questioned. He nodded and I leaned over and kissed his cheek in excitement. "Yeah!" I giggled jumping out of the car. I took off in the direction of the hotel lobby with Nick lagging behind me, yelling for me to stop. "Hurry up!" I screamed in return, and with the echo of the garage, I'm pretty sure China heard me. The lobby doors slid open right before I ran smack into them. I dodged the families dressed in their bathing suits and the little children running towards their mom and dad. Justin's POV Tina, Mom, and I sat in the waiting room of the NYPD building. Josh had been in the interrogation room for about two hours. We didn't expect it to be so long. During this time, my mother was giving me disapproving motherly looks. She didn't like the fact that I went out by myself, but I honestly didn't care. My main priority then was Josh and Tina. The hate they were getting was ridiculous; I kept trying to come up with a way to tell my fans to chill. Tina spent the two hours trying to calm down Caitlin, who she was texting. [FIRST DRAFT VIDEO; youtube says they are disabling the audio!] Helmut and Heidi really "came to life" during a 6 month period of 2004-2005, called "A Lifetime of Adventure (in One Season)". During this extended time away from work, which was dedicated to adventure, their "main-life" personas completely morphed into Helmut and Heidi. The adventure includes skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, exploring, etc. Mountains, deserts, dirt roads, dry lake beds, forests... Mostly in the western US. This is a slide show video of that time. But, this is an *early first draft* of the video. The completed video (which some of you may have seen at our house or a DVD we sent you) is much better, with lots of notes about places and dates. Unfortunately, it is too long for youtube and was rejected! Also, youtube says they are disabling the audio (some or all?) on this video (which has some cool music) due to copyright issues. Bummer. Anyway, there are some cool photos in this.

Sal Agro, the Lake Orion man who spoke out about police last week after an Aug. 25 medical marijuana raid at him home, died Thursday. Mr. Agro speaks about how the masked police told his wife that "This was just to get the state (Michigan) off their butts to make some rules". His death was caused by a heart attack, family members said. He had recently had hip surgery. He was 67. After the raids, Agro, a retired GM worker and beloved Lake Orion sports coach, walked through areas of his home to show where police had torn apart beds and clothing, looking for marijuana, he said. Mr. Agro was born on Jan. 30, 1943 in Buffalo, NY to Carmela and Michael Agro. He was in the US Air Force for four years, his family said, and moved to Michigan in the mid-1960s because he was stationed at Selfridge Air Force Base in Harrison Township. He married Barbara Weaver in 1965. The couple has three children, Michael (Cherie) of Colorado, Anthony (Dianne) of Troy and Nicholas (Jennifer) of Lake Orion. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kara, Amber, Joseph, AnnaGrace, Carson, Addison, and many nieces and nephews.
